AI Fair Usage Policy
All plans include generous AI usage for daily planning, transcript processing, image extraction, and risk detection. AI features operate under a fair usage policy to ensure consistent performance for all customers. Starter plans include up to 200 AI operations per executive per month. Professional plans include up to 500. Enterprise plans have custom limits agreed during onboarding. If you consistently exceed your allocation, we'll work with you to find the right plan — we won't cut you off without notice.

How does billing work?
You are billed per executive seat, per month. EA access is included at no additional cost on all plans. Billing begins at the end of your 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Are EA seats billed separately?
No. EA access is included at no additional cost on every plan. Your EAs get full access to the collaboration workspace, plan lifecycle, and scheduling tools — they can manage multiple executives from one account.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately and you receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after the trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue using Cadence. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused — your data is retained for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on all plans with a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
How much does Cadence cost?
Cadence Starter is £29 per executive seat per month and Cadence Professional is £59 per executive seat per month — both support up to 75 executive seats. Enterprise pricing is custom for organisations with 75+ executives. EA access is included at no extra cost on all plans. 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

There is no permanent free tier. However, every plan includes a full-featured 14-day free trial with no credit card required. This gives you complete access to evaluate Cadence with your real calendar, work items, and workflows before committing.
