Pricing, plainly.
Do I have to have an EA?
No. Cadence works for one person on its own, and the Personal plan is built for that. If you do have an assistant, their seat is free on Starter and above, with a workspace built for coordinating several executives.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14 day free trial with full access to the features in your chosen tier. We take card details at signup so the service continues without interruption if you stay. Nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel before then in one click.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Personal, Starter and Professional at any time, and the change applies from your next billing cycle. Enterprise is arranged with our team.
How is it billed?
Per person per month, in GBP. Annual billing is available on Personal, at £8 a month billed annually (£96 a year), and on Professional and Enterprise. Invoicing and purchase orders are available for Enterprise.
When does it make sense to talk to sales?
When you are rolling Cadence across a leadership group of 75 or more, or you need API access, cross-executive reporting, custom branding or a security review beyond the standard pack.
