The problem we set out to solve
Stratium was founded on a simple observation: executive time is the most valuable and least governed resource in any organisation.
Senior leaders operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, yet the tools available to them — generic task managers, overloaded inboxes, reactive calendars — were never designed for how they actually work. The result is a persistent gap between strategic intent and daily reality.
