Executive operating layer
An executive operating layer is the software layer that runs an executive's day. It reads the systems they already use, decides what matters, and surfaces the right work at the right moment, across the executive's own device and their EA's workspace.
Most tools sit beside an executive's work and wait to be filled. An executive operating layer sits above the calendar, inbox and documents the executive already has, reads them, and brings the right work forward. The executive does not configure it each morning. By the time they sit down, the day is built.
